Sales Support Specialist
Location: Sunnyvale, CA

Salary: $4,000/month base + Additional Pay from Sales Support Pool

Key Responsibilities:
- Order Processing: Ensure the accurate and timely creation and management of Purchase Orders (PO), Sales Orders (SO), and Invoices.
- Sales Support: Act as the primary point of support for the sales team, aiding in the creation of proposals, presentations, and sales documentation.
- Administrative Duties: Undertake administrative tasks including managing schedules, organizing appointments, and maintaining meticulous sales records.
- Sales Support Pool Participation: Collaborate with the sales team, contributing to and benefiting from the Sales Support Pool for additional compensation.
- Netsuite Expertise: Utilize Netsuite for data management, reporting, and tracking of sales activities to facilitate informed decision-making.
- Customer Service: Address client inquiries with promptness and precision to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in an administrative or Sales Support role.
- Technical Skills: Demonstrated proficiency in Netsuite is required. Experience with additional CRM and sales management tools is a plus.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Organizational Skills: Superior organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills, with the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Teamwork: Proven capability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Education: A bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
