Standex Engraving Mold-Tech designs, develops, and applies engineered texture finishes to the tooling that produces the products we see and use every day. These texture finishes add beauty, creative expression, fine details, and functionality, enhancing the value and our enjoyment of these products. Summary of Position: The Program Management Support role will perform a variety of tasks, working closely with Program Management, Sales, and Customers to deliver high quality service in an efficient and timely manner. The Program Management Support is expected to be a planner and organizer, who can work independently while managing multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Duties:
- Develop Program Tracking Matrix’s
- Update Program Tracking Matrix’s
- Develop Texture Line-Up Sheet Documents
- Fill in technical details
- Take pictures of parts and format in documents
- Organize Parts in various Program Studio Rooms
- Organize and Sending Parts / Information to Various M-T Locations, Regionally and Globally
- Emails to customers with Program Matrix Updates
- Emails to customers with Program Information
- Support at Part Marking Meetings with customers
- Quote Entry in SAP, as required
- Assistance with Intrexx CRM, as required
- General Support to Program Managers, as required
Education and Experience:
- High School diploma minimum required, College degree preferred
- Willing to train and develop selected candidate. Prior experience in office, account management or sales beneficial.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- Must be able to work a standard 40-hour work week, (overtime offered including weekends, as needed)
- Detail and service orientated
- Good communication, verbally and written
- Self-starter with ability to work under minimal supervision
- Flexibility as you will be working with several Program Managers, with different metrics per OEM
- Ability to professionally interface with customers and internal team members
- Accurate transcription of information and data entry skills
- Interest/experience with tooling, engineering or design beneficial
- Proficiency with Microsoft products is required
- Knowledge of SAP system would be an asset (But not required)
- Must have good organizational, verbal and written communication skills
- Must be proactive and show initiative in taking on and completing engraving projects.
Additional Requirements
- Some occasional local travel may be required
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs very occasionally
- Must be 18 years of age or older
