The Sales Support Specialist is responsible for assisting the Sales and Sales Support Staff with the day to day dealings of the Sales Team and the needs of the Independent Insurance Producers and Securities Licensed Financial Advisors.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Answering phone calls professionally and providing information as needed.
- Manage Sales email inbox.
- Scanning.
- Communicate with Office Teams: Sales Support, Marketing, Member Engagement, Operations/Underwriting and IT to facilitate ease of doing business for both Agents and Gleaner Life.
- Assist Sales Team to achieve the annual Life, Annuity and New Member Goals set forth by the organization.
- Work with Sales Support regarding Agent contracting and licensing issues.
- Attend meetings as required.
- Maintain Proficiency in use of computer software and business tools.
- Perform all other related work as required or requested.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
