As the first point of contact in our office, you'll greet guests with a smile, handle phone calls, manage mail and deliveries, and assist with various operational tasks to ensure everything runs smoothly. Compensation:$40,000 - $65,000 yearly
Responsibilities:- Engage in High-Volume Messaging: Actively initiate and sustain conversations with clients and potential customers through various digital platforms.
- Content Creation and Posting: Develop and post engaging content relevant to the target audience to initiate and enhance interactions.
- Appointment Scheduling: Efficiently manage and schedule appointments or follow-up meetings with potential leads or customers.
- Greet visitors, clients, and fellow employees when they arrive at the front desk and provide them with any necessary directions or information
- Provide administrative support to other team members with data entry, paperwork, photocopying, etc. when needed
- MUST be able to work in office. Local applicants ONLY!
- Typing Speed and Accuracy: Fast and accurate typing skills to keep up with high-volume messaging and ensure efficient communication.
- Customer Service Experience: A background in customer service or client interaction, demonstrating the ability to handle various customer queries and maintain a positive demeanor.
- Exhibits working knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
- 1 year of experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, guest service specialist, or similar position preferred
- Well-versed in taking telephone calls and handling stressful situations
