Job Summary:

As a key member of our Automotive Sales Support Specialist team, you will be at the forefront of our customer engagement efforts. This position requires a proactive approach to scheduling appointments, a passion for gaining product knowledge, and a commitment to being measurement and customer satisfaction driven. Pay for this position is $17 per hour + monthly performance bonuses and ranges from $48,000 - $60,000 a year.

Responsibilities:

Customer Service Excellence

• Interact with customers in a positive and professional manner, consistently exceeding their expectations.
• Utilize video messaging to create personalized and engaging interactions.

Scheduling Appointments

• Efficiently schedule appointments for the Sales Floor team, ensuring optimal use of resources and maximizing customer engagement opportunities.

Product Knowledge

• Develop a deep understanding of our products and services, staying informed about the latest features and updates.
• Communicate product knowledge effectively to customers during interactions.

Motivated and Driven

• Bring a high level of motivation and enthusiasm to the team, inspiring others to excel.
• Set and achieve goals, consistently striving for excellence.

Measurement and Customer Satisfaction

• Work towards measurable targets, contributing to the overall success of the Sales Support Specialist team.
• Prioritize customer satisfaction as a key performance indicator, driving continuous improvement in service delivery.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service.

• Comfort and proficiency in using video messaging platforms.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
