INVO PEO is looking for a highly motivated Sales Support Representative who is excited to join our team and help assist with coordination some aspects of our sales process. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating multiple information channels to ensure timely and responsive answers to reqeuest. You will also serve as a part of our marketing team to provide administrative support. You will answer questions and provide product/services information to customers via email, chat, phone, and other means of communication.

This position is based out of our Oak Ridge, TN branch office.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Answer customer questions and provide product/services information to customers via email, chat, phone, and other means of communication.
• Provide administrative support for processing of commissions, applications and new contracts
• Build relationships with new and existing customers.
• Serve as member of marketing team to provide administrative and coordination support
• Take the extra mile to engage with customers.
• Assist with date entry as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities

• Excellent communication skills – written and verbal.
• Strong customer service skills – handling customer inquiries and concerns, building relationships, responding quickly to customer needs and wants.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Ability to use computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, Word, Excel) effectively.
• Problem-solving skills – using your mind and your ears to troubleshoot problems with products or services; analyzing information; evaluating options; making recommendations; prioritizing tasks; working under pressure.
• High school diploma GED required; college degree preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
