Sales Support Executive

We are looking for a Sales Support Executive, if you have a dynamic with experience in the freight forwarding industry, and have a good understanding of the industry's software requirements then this job is for you.

Responsibilities:

• Schedule and Demonstrate the freight forwarding software to potential clients
• Understand the needs and requirements of potential clients and take required notes
• Study the competition and make required observations and suggestions
• Understand and keep up to date with industry and competitive landscape knowledge
• Regular follow ups with the prospects
• Timely updates in the CRM system and co-ordinate with other internal teams
• Create demo accounts for the prospects and frequent checks and follow ups

Qualifications:

• Experience in freight forwarding Airfreight, Seafreight, Inland and also Import & Export
• Experience in using Freight Management Softwares (e.g. Cargowise, Magaya, Gofreight , IES etc)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong presentation skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively

Salary offered : $40K-$60K with other medical benefits.
