Federal Account Executive

US Litigation Support Services provides complete legal support services to law firms and corporate entities across the US. These services include researching court records, the serving of legal papers, notary service and the filing of documents in court. Many Federal agencies use these various legal support services and we are looking for someone with experience (minimum of one year) in navigating the many Federal sites that post opportunities so that we can bid on them. Compensation open, full or part time, work fully remote.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new Federal business opportunities
- Conduct research to identify potential Federal customers and within various Federal agencies
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions for clients
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements
- Provide ongoing account management and support to ensure client satisfaction
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals

Experience:
- Proven track record of success in sales to Federal agencies.
- Strong understanding of the Federal sales process, from prospecting to closing deals.

-Experience in navigating the multiple Federal agency procurement sites to prospect for selling opportunities.
- Experience using Salesforce or other CRM software to manage customer relationships
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong leadership qualities and ability to influence others
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and finding innovative solutions
