We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to immediately fill the position of Sales Support Coordinator. Applicants must demonstrate a commitment to client satisfaction by communicating what is necessary in a genuinely friendly and professional fashion.
Job Requirements
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Manage designers appointment calendars
- Greet visitors and provide assistance
- Deliver administrative support for office staff, sales team and production/installation department
- General office duties and working knowledge of computers
- Process sales orders and payments
- Customer oriented, friendly and enthusiastic
- Reliable, punctual with good work ethic
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong personal organization skills
- Professional appearance
