We are looking to add to our team of sales assistants to support the sales process. This position is a prime growth opportunity and excellent for those looking to enter the private lending space to learn about residential value add investment loans. Residential project review, budget analysis, project structuring, and Sales Support are part of the day-to-day activities. Our Sales Assistants are committed to learning and understanding the entirety of the loan journey including sales, underwriting, processing, closing, and post-closing.

Role and Responsibilities:
- Provide Sales Support and analysis for loan originations.
- Work with loan originators, brokers, and borrowers to gather necessary information and documents.
- Input loan and customer data into the system.
- Guide the loan process by reviewing and validating loan files against company guidelines and submission requirements.
- Collaborate with the company’s operations department personnel (underwriters, processors, closers), to support the loan process and ensure conditions are met.
- Support sales in daily follow-up efforts and pipeline management.
- Assistance with other projects as needed.
Preferred Qualifications and Education:
- BA/ BS Degree in a related field.
- 2-3 yrs of experience in Sales Operations, Customer Service, and Related Support Areas.
- 1-2 yrs in Real Estate Sales/ Finance or other related field.
- Team Player/ Growth Mindset.
- Ability to work effectively as a team and provide exceptional communication and customer service.
- Advanced analytical skills to identify Sales/ Operational trends activities.
- Knowledge and Experience with MS Office Applications.
- Excellent Time Management Skills with the ability to adjust in a high-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and judgment skills for working with highly complex data.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for internal and external purposes.
- Preferred experience with Encompass and Salesforce.
