Ocean Beauty Seafoods Portland Distribution is in search of a Sales Support person. We focus on getting quality and sustainable seafood to our local grocery stores and restaurants. We need assistance to help with order placement for our many customers. Our customers are important to us and deserve excellent service! You will be in direct contact with them often taking orders and offering fresh product prepared to their specifications.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
- Call on key accounts
- Deliver product to our customers, when needed
- Handle account base for sales staff during vacations
- Enter orders
- Answer phones
- Relay information to management on customer needs and opportunities
- Work with production coordinating orders and deadlines
- Handle customer concerns
- Assist with payroll
REQUIREMENTS:
- Knowledge of seafood products, but will train!
- Strong communication and computer skills
- Enjoy talking to customers and offer exceptional customer service
- Strong Organizations skills as you will handle many tasks
- Someone that will be kind to our customers
