What You'll Be Doing
- Close orders based upon expertise developed in Solution Selling skills and technical knowledge
- Operate in a high-volume inbound RFQ environment effectively
- Developing deep, sustainable value-driven relationships with key customers
- Provide technical knowledge regarding products and specifications
- Sell assigned product lines in designated accounts with the objective of increasing sales volume, product mix, and profit margin year-over-year
- Communicate customer priorities or shipment expedite requests and work together with internal business partners for flawless execution to customer satisfaction
- Manage customer account, contacts, opportunity, and project information in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform
- Review and interpret customer needs on Request for Quotes (RFQs), competitors Bill of Materials (BOMs), project plans and specifications
- Negotiate pricing and produce pricing proposals and quotes for customer opportunities using CRM systems.
What You’ll Bring
- 3-years experience in glass shower door product sales
- B2B and B2C experience preferred
- Strong Time Management skills
- Strong Closing Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Proficient in Google applications
- Knowledge of CRM systems usage preferred
- Knowledge of ERP systems preferred
- Strong ability to sell on Total Value & Solutions

Target compensation is $75,000 which includes base and commission NO CAP plus other benefits

-Taking in-bound sales calls from customers inquiring about custom shower enclosures and doors.
