POSITION SUMMARY
- As CartBarn continues to expand, we are seeking a self-motivated Sales Representative to primarily execute golf cart, Low Speed and Commercial vehicle sales to new and existing customers whilst developing and maintaining strong customer relationships.
- This position will play a leading role in helping Cartbarn continue its growth and will require strong sales skills as well as the ability to work effectively in a highly team-centric environment. Some external sales and demo days will also be required during the summer.

OBJECTIVES
- Achieve targets for cart sales and accessories by maximizing sales leads
- Oversee qualified prospects, maintain the CRM and perform daily review of leads and lead sources
- Identify and resolve customer issues
- Follow up on all leads per the sales process
- Establish and maintain current client relationships by fostering long term relationships
- Develop and maintain current product knowledge
- Work as part of the team to be able to ensure a seamless customer service experience
- Establish customer satisfaction goals through surveys and feedback
- Serve as an ambassador of the team in culture and brand image
- Able to work weekends as needed both onsite and offsite at Demo’s
COMPETENCIES
- Proven sales record, preferably in premium products or powersports would be an advantage
- Strong sales and negotiation skills and overcoming objections
- Clear and concise communication, both verbally and in in writing
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work in a team to be able to ensure a seamless customer service experience
- Ability to build and maintain trust with customers through honesty and transparency
- Able to handle rejection and setbacks with resilience and a positive attitude
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Participation in sales training programs, workshops or certifications and demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and development
- Computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools is beneficial
- Clean class C drivers license
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
- Must be able to perform physical activities such as, but not limited to, walking, carrying demo equipment, entering, exiting and driving golf carts. Sitting at a desk for periods during the day is also required.
