Compensation:

  • 30% of all sales made
  • To learn more go to www.kriss.ai and open the chatbot window in the lower right corner and ask for compensation info based on custom scenarios. Our chatbot can answer any question about the program and compensation. Example: “I am a Sales Representative and I will make 10 sales a month. Provide me with my 1st and 2nd year earnings.”

Responsibilities:

  • Implement and execute sales strategies created by the Area Manager to expand KRISS.AI’s influence in the dental industry.
  • Explore and pursue new business opportunities to diversify revenue streams and increase the number of dental practices using KRISS.AI.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging and brand representation.
  • Conduct ongoing training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a sales role, with a track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.
  • Familiarity with the dental or healthcare industry is highly desirable.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
  • A proactive approach to sales, including the willingness to engage directly with prospects and close contracts.

Job Type: Part-Time/Full-time

Pay: No cap on commission.

Benefits:

  • No Benefits
  • Opportunity for residual income as long as the dental office remains a paying customer and as long as you remain a contractor with KRISS.AI.

Travel requirement:

  • Some travel may be required for in-person meetings with clients

License/Certification:

  • Driver’s License (Preferred)

Ability to Commute:

  • Location is flexible; however, proximity to a major city within the territory is preferred
