We are looking for an Entry Level Sales Representative who will demonstrate leadership qualities to work within large groups, is adaptable when implementing business strategies, and has the solid interpersonal skills to work directly with our customers. As an Entry Level Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with customers on behalf of our clients. In this Entry Level role, you will be required to participate in team meetings, outreach campaigns, live presentations to customers, customer enrollment and daily reporting to upper management.
Entry Level Sales Representative Responsibilities:
- Drive sales goals individually and as a team as the primary liaison between our clients and their customers.
- Develop action plans to increase productivity, develop strategies to differentiate products and services, increase sales ratios, and establish a strong team culture.
- Maintain different territories and continue to conduct outreaches to our client’s customers successfully.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by engaging with customers and actively listening to their needs.
- Attend weekly training sessions to strengthen your coaching, leadership, and sales abilities.
- Maintain new or existing client accounts and exceed sales targets for your territory
- Understand the client's needs by actively listening and closing sales based on packages that meet their requirements
Entry Level Sales Representative Qualifications:
- 1-2 year experience in customer service, sales, or leadership role preferred
- Experience in coaching and developing others
- Strong oral and written communication skills to present information to all levels within the organization
- Shown ability to build positive work relationships and work within a team
- Proven ability to conduct market research and identify target audiences to increase the company's growth
Compensation Requirement: $45,000 - $53,000 per year. The average pay listed above is a general guideline. This is a position with the opportunity to earn uncapped commissions and bonus incentives. High performance Entry Level Sales Representatives can earn an average between $55,000-$65,000 per year on average.
