We are currently seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our sales team as a Sales Rep. Responsibilities:
- Meet with customers and show them the cars they're interested in.
- Guide customers through the sales process.
- Complete accurate paperwork for transactions.
- Greet our customers and our staff in a professional manner.
- Address customer questions and concerns.
- Develop the skills necessary to complete tasks successfully without supervision.
- Follow dealership policies.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Automotive Dealership Experience. (a plus)
- Strong focus on providing excellent customer service.
- Strong written, organizational and verbal communication skills.
- Active driver's license & clean driving record.
- Fluent in English. (Required)
- Experience with Tekion, CUDL, Dealertrak and other dealership software. (a plus)
- Fluent in Spanish. (a plus)

Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
