Job Description
CWI Technical Sales, with Headquarters in Morganville, New Jersey, is a manufacturer’s representative organization and distributor of products that are used in the fabrication, testing and inspection of semiconductor devices and electronics used in commercial and defense related industries.
The company has been in successful for over 50 years because of its’ ability to change to meet the needs of the market. CWI has maintained very strong relationships with its principals and customers, delivering and supporting the solutions we provide.
CWI Technical Sales is searching for a highly motivated and self-driven salesperson to cover the New England States (Vermont, New Hampshire, Maine, Massachusetts, Rhode Island) and Eastern Canada (Ontario and Quebec provinces). Preference would be someone with semiconductor industry experience.
Product lines would include:
- die bonding
- wire bonding
- plasma cleaning
- bond testing
- vacuum soldering and sintering
- pressure curing ovens
- laser trimming systems
- automated optical inspection
- acoustic microscopy (CSAM)
- thermal testing
The individual would be trained on how each of the products operate, applications they are used in, and how best to promote and sell them to each prospective customer. If the product requires installation within the territory, either the salesperson can install it themselves, if properly trained, or support would be provided by CWI or the principal.
Responsibilities:
• Develop, establish and maintain positive principal and customer relationships
• Reach out to customer leads through email or cold calling
• Respond in a timely manner to customer/principal requests
• Coordinate sales efforts with team members/principals
• Present product solutions in person or via TEAMS/ZOOM etc.
• Provide principals and management with feedback on customer’s needs, problems, interests, competition, and potential for new products
• Maintain Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system up to date with opportunities and forecasting
Different than other similar organizations, CWI would provide a comparable salary plus bonus, as well as, health insurance, 401k after 12 months of employment, and all business expenses paid.
