Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical sales and a proven track record of success in driving business growth. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Duties:
- Identify and pursue new sales leads through market research, networking, and cold calling
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to maximize profitability
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM tools to track sales activities, manage leads, and generate reports
Skills:
- Bachelors Degree required
- Proven experience in technical sales or technology sales
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and identify business opportunities
- Account management experience is a plus
- Proficient in using Salesforce or other CRM software
