Established Commercial Flooring contractor is looking for an Estimator/Sales Representative to join our team. This position will support a high-volume sales office with submitting bids in a timely manner to our current Customers as well as working to bring in new Customers. Candidate must possess EXCELLENT email/computer and written communication skills, and be highly detail oriented.
Tasks will include: organizing, managing and prioritizing incoming bid opportunities on tight timeframes; managing internal/external deadlines; willingness to learn new software to create drawing take offs, quotes, sales agreements, work orders and purchase orders. Reviewing bid requirements and contacting outside vendors for material pricing; job site visits as well as professional and efficient follow up with customers. This position also requires communication regarding scheduling needs/material arrivals/etc with the Operations and Warehouse Managers.

- MUST have a positive and pleasant attitude, be energetic and ready to learn and quickly integrate into a fast-paced team.
- Demonstrated strong multi-tasking administrative and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a busy and deadline-driven environment.
- Detail oriented and reliable, good problem solving and critical thinking skills, willing (and excited) to take initiative.
- General knowledge of the construction and/or flooring industry is required.
- Previous experience in reviewing blueprints and construction specifications is preferred.
- Valid driver’s license required

Pay: $82,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
