LIME's high-ticket sales role is a consultative and relational approach, with no hard-close requirements. Rather, our sales consultants work with homeowners, builders, realtors, property managers, and other professionals in the high-end residential and commercial markets to educate, advise, and deliver an elite customer experience.

LIME Sales Roles:
- Commercial and Industry Contact Field Sales
- In-home presentations
- Assess properties for need and solutions
- Advise clients in an in-home consultative role
- Audit services for delivery of promises
- Coordinate with clients and production team (consists of a Production Manager & Crew Foreman)
- Develop & manage a sales territory
- Receive written and video reviews
- Sales portfolio consists of about 70% personal lead generation and 30% leads provided
Pay:
- $40,000.00 Base Salary with quota
- $5,000.00 Ramp Up Bonuses
- $4,500.00 Training Bonuses
- Uncapped Tiered Commissions
- Incentives, perks, and rewards for weekly competitions
