A French tennis supplies company--and the oldest racquet sports provider in the world--is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their sales team.
This is a temp-to-hire position, and a great way to get your foot in the door of a globally known brand. They offer free food, a fun work environment, and every Friday, your workday will end early at 3pm!
Sales Support Representative Job Duties:
- Answer customer calls while providing excellent customer service and assisting with customer orders, questions, and warranty claims, etc. as needed
- Support with customer sales credits, returns, and maintaining records
- Work closely with and communicate daily with internal teams while also supporting the Outside Sales Representatives
- Build and maintain relationships with current customers
Schedule:
- Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm (times are flexible based on needs)
- Off early EVERY Friday at 3pm
Sales Support Representative Requirements:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Tech savvy and ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
- Basic excel skills
- Outgoing and positive attitude
Pay: $21.63/hr.
