Glen Raven is recruiting for a Sales & Pricing Analyst. The Sales and Pricing Analyst will be a part of the pricing team that supports the Material Solutions division of Glen Raven. This role will support all pricing activities that directly impact sales and financial objectives. They will work closely with Business Unit leads and the finance team to perform sales and financial analysis. This position will also manage operational pricing systems and relevant data. They will focus on support for the commercial team as needed and work cross-functionally to support pricing information and decisions across the organization. This position will continuously evaluate and improve pricing data and strategies to promote profitable growth.

Responsibilities
- Interpret costing and product data to establish selling prices to customers.
- Ensure all pricing is communicated accurately and in a timely manner.
- Support efforts to improve speed, efficiency, and accuracy of pricing process and/or systems.
- Manage and work within large datasets.
- Establish metrics and tools to support pricing management.
- Analyze pricing structure and strategies to identify opportunities to better meet pricing objectives.
- Prepare pricing recommendations for other business units to assist in pricing decisions.
- Perform sales impact analysis to support pricing strategy review.
- Work with sales management to analyze sales data as needed.
- Assist with the development and continuous improvement of sales data analytics.
- Develop system of communication, documentation, and review of internal / external pricing data.
- Maintain and analyze price reference documentation for global markets.
- Complete all other tasks and projects necessary to support the commercial team.
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Data Analytics or related field.
2 years: Sales analysis
- Microsoft Office Products, Including Power BI
- Intermediate/Advanced in Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
