Position Summary
As a CRM Analyst Intern at AZEK, you will gain an understanding of the various systems and programs used daily by the Sales Operations team. Salesforce is our go-to platform for our reps and leadership team. Our CRM tool allows everyone to understand sales data, customer interactions and help with forecasting new business and how we can better meet the needs of our customers.

Time Commitment & Expectations:
- AZEK’s summer Intern program runs from May 20th, 2024 – August 9th, 2024. Participants must be available for at least 11 out of the 12 weeks.
- Program runs for 40 hours (except for the week of Memorial Day & Independence Day (unpaid holidays); able to be in office 2-3 days per week )
- Participants must be available for an in-person event in Chicago, IL the week of July 22nd;local Chicagoland area travel day to see our Customers (Lumber Yards); possibility of a visit to one of our manufacturing plants
Essential Functions
- Data Hygiene of our Salesforce/Tableau Orgs
- Assist the team with reports, dashboards and analyzing data results to report out to our Sales team
- Work closely with our Sales Operations team, users, Salesforce reps, and Cross-Functional Teams
- Shadow different teams throughout our company to understand the impact Salesforce has on different roles
- Join our weekly team calls and project meetings
What you’ll learn:
- Interns will gain hands-on experience with our CRM – Salesforce
- Interns will develop the ability to build Salesforce reports and dashboards
- They will learn how to collect, organize, and analyze sales data in our CRM
- They will get an introduction into Tableau and how it integrates into Salesforce
Ideal Student
- Current undergraduate, ideally working towards a Business, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or IT degree.
- Proficient skills in Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to understand and analyze common business concepts and documents.
- Previous Salesforce knowledge/experience huge bonus
- High academic standing (Preferred GPA – 3.0+)
- Successful completion of a minimum of 60 credit hours
- Able to participate in at least 90% of the program May – August
- Willing to relocate to a geographic location with an AZEK facility, if needed, upon graduation.
