Position Responsibilities:
- Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities.
- Perform data discovery, profiling, and root cause analysis on small to medium data assets.
- Build Data mappings between Source and Target systems.
- Participate in Data validation and Quality Assurance testing.
- Partner with Data Stewards to build and implement new data quality rules.
- Enhance existing data reports and Dashboards.
Position Qualifications:
- Pursuing an Undergraduate degree in Information technology, a related discipline, or a related major graduating in December 2023 or June 2024.
- Good exposure to Snowflake or cloud-based Databases
- Professional or academic experience in data disciplines like Data Analysis, Data Lake, Data Science, Data Mining, Data Profiling, Data Curation, etc.
- Exposure to the AWS Cloud platform
- Exposure to Reporting tools like – Tableau, Power BI, etc.
- Proficient in writing SQL queries on relational database
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate large data set.
- Ability to work under direction, independently, and in a team setting. Able to work effectively with vendors and IT leadership.
- Ability to organize information and communicate clearly and concisely.
- Ability to manage own time, activities, and resources to deliver timely result.
- Hybrid work
