Department Overview
The Software Enterprise Deployment and Mobile Video Integration organization delivers software solutions to the public safety market (911, Police, Fire, EMS). The teams integrate features and functionality to deliver products and solutions that make our customers the best they can be in the Moments that Matter.
Job Description
The objective of this internship with our 911 Software Deployment & Mobile Video Integration Central Services & Business Operations organizations will be to provide data-driven insights and analytics to optimize operations, reduce costs, and improve efficiencies.
Key Responsibilities:

• Data Collection & Analysis: Gather, clean, and analyze data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities.
• Performance Metrics: Track and report key deployment metrics such as cycle time and resource utilization.
• Cost Analysis: Assist in evaluating costs across various areas of deployment to identify areas for potential savings.
• Market Research: Study market trends, landscapes, and best practices to provide actionable insights.
• Report Improvement: Manage and improve a catalog of reports, advanced analytics, and visualizations to reach a wider audience or tell a more compelling story.
• Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams including sales, presales, support, order management, finance, and procurement to solve problems and devise solutions.
• Report Generation: Create reports using Tableau to communicate findings to leadership and Business Operations.

Qualifications:

• Working towards a Bachelor's OR Master's degree in Business Analytics or Business Administration.
• Has excellent communication skills.
• Experience with Tableau is preferred.

Basic Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's OR Master's Degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, MIS or Business Administration with a graduation date in or after December 2024.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required. Employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position.
