About the Role:

As the Sales Operations Specialist your primary focus is to ensure the sales reps are able to spend as much time with leads and buyers as possible. You will help enhance our sales efficiency by helping identify and coordinate times with duplicate leads and bookings. You will also be responsible for data accuracy, report generation, and technical onboarding. Additionally, you will help maintain compliance standards in sales calls and provide support to the team as required. This role is 100% remote and will report to the Director of Sales Operations

Responsibilities:

  • Review duplicate leads and confirming call times with leads via support channels (intercom/email).
  • Assist with preparing accurate regularly scheduled and ad hoc reports.
  • Support initial onboarding of new sales reps.
  • Provide support to internal sales team members with tech requests and troubleshooting.
  • Manage CRM (HubSpot).
  • Collaborate with other teams and departments as needed.
  • Document processes and procedures.
  • Participate in sales call compliance review.
Expected Results:
  • Response Time for Sales Agent Request under 15 min.
  • All duplicate leads are handled within 1 hour during working hours.
  • All reports are completed accurately.
  • All sales reps are onboarded promptly.

Qualifications:  

  • Experience working in a remote high ticket sales environment preferred.
  • ​​​​​​​Available between 9 am and 6 pm ET; occasional weekend availability for urgent requests or projects, as needed.
  • 1+ year(s) experience in a Sales Operations or technical support operations role.
  • Highly proficient in working within a CRM system, preferably HubSpot, and generate sales metrics reporting.
  • Knowledge of relevant software and technical tools. (Slack, Google Workspaces, Scheduling Software, Zoom).
  • Advanced proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Identify, troubleshoot and resolves  issues quickly and effectively.
  • Ability to adapt, pivot and prioritize quickly within a fast paced environment with a high attention to detail.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
