In this role, you will:

+ Set clear and ambitious annual sales targets to continually grow bookings and revenue for the Aria Filtra Mobile Rental Business.

+ Ensuring achievement of the monthly, quarterly and annual sales plans through rigorous use of funnel management and project purist action plans

+ Direct sales team to ensure key customers and partners have appropriate coverage to support sales targets.

Are you qualified?

+ 2-5 years of experience in people leadership is required, along with a total of at least 7 years of experience in a technical sales role in selling water equipment

+ Experience in people leadership with a Fortune 1000 organization

+ Track record of talent development, including implementation of value-selling methodologies for premium-priced products

+ Ability to travel 70% of the time.

+ College or other advanced degree

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

+ BS in Engineering, Business or equivalent Sciences degree is preferred
