Based out of the Stow, Ohio office, this position reports directly to the Manager, Sales Operations and Commercial Intelligence, and will work collaboratively with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Service, and IT.
As an intern within the Sales Operations and Commercial Intelligence Team, you'll experience growth and development opportunities by participating in strategic projects that will immerse you in transforming and supporting sales processes, data, and analytics. Your role will help plan, document, execute, and support the transformative evolution of critical business processes and analytics that drive positive business growth and profitability and exceptional distributor experience, including recruiting, onboarding, management, and financial success. This role will support the development of plans, roadmaps, processes, automation, and data to support the Sales organization deeper transition to CRM automation, data management, and analytics.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Define and document processes
- Map, plan, implement, and communicate process improvements
- Identify and execute opportunities for improvement, automation, and data management /analysis
- Create analyses that help identify patterns, trends, benchmarks, and variances that support business objectives and KPIs
- Work a hybrid schedule: T/W/TH on-site in Stow, while Mon/Friday is done remotely
- Curious, analytical, process-oriented, and solution-focused
- Collaborative and proactively interpersonal in engaging with teams and leadership across an organization
- Strong in defining and documenting processes
- Technically adept with software and technology
- Experienced with database/data lake/data management tools, advanced Excel functions, PowerBI or like analytics tools
- Experienced with CRM (Preferred)
- Completing coursework in data analytics, statistics, data management, software development, or other related disciplines
- Someone who "finds a way" to get things done; tenacious and naturally optimistic
