As a Program Operations Intern, your essential job responsibilities will include the following:
Process and Project Administration

• Assist with testing as needed for system and website enhancements.
• Assist as needed with the day-to-day management of multiple OEM programs with a focus on meeting customer expectations, process improvement and implementation.
• Administer critical OEM information with a high attention to detail and accuracy.
• Assist with website communications and audits for all OEM programs.
  • Coordinate and prioritize communication activities across assigned OEMs for the Program Management team, including OEM announcements.
• Assist Program Management in developing process efficiencies.
• Update OEM program information on intranet (Collaborate).

Additional Responsibilities

• Performs a wide variety of activities to support the department.
• Provides administrative and project support to the department as needed.
• Manages multiple, simultaneous, deadline-based projects while maintaining day-to-day routines.
• Performs special projects as assigned or approved by the assigned department management staff.
• Closely manages own time to accomplish all the above within time frames established and agreed upon between Intern and department. Is constantly aware of and plans activities around deadline specific projects.

Position Requirements

• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.

• Proven ability to keep confidence, handle confidential information and sensitive situations with tact and maturity.
• Proficient at intermediate level in MS Office including Outlook, Word, Excel. Power Point a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; currently enrolled in college strongly preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Continuous viewing from and inputting data to a computer screen.
• Sitting for long periods of time.

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and geographic location. The total compensation package may also include commission, bonus or profit sharing. We offer a competitive & comprehensive benefit package including: paid time off, medical, dental, vision, and 401k match (50% on the dollar up to 7% of employee contribution).
Base Pay Range:
$20.00/hour
