Please Note: This is NOT a retail sales, road-sales, telemarketing, cold-calling, or commission-type position. You will be based at our corporate office, with occasional travel to trade shows and special events.

Responsibilities:
- Sales Force Support: Aid in the day-to-day management of the sales team, providing tools, reports, and analyses essential for their effectiveness.
- Trade Show Event Management: Plan, coordinate, and execute 5-7 annual trade shows, ensuring alignment with company branding and sales goals.
- High-Level Customer Liaison: Address and resolve elevated business customer concerns.
- Sales Strategy Development: Implement and refine systems and processes to enhance the company's sales opportunities and market penetration.
- Account Review: Evaluate potential new accounts for suitability and potential alignment with company goals and products.
- Additional Duties: Take on other tasks and projects as needed, always with a focus on driving our sales and marketing efforts forward.
- Leadership Potential: Possess the drive and capability to grow into the company's National Sales Manager role.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree, with some coursework in business or economics helpful
- 1-4 years of experience in a sales or marketing role within a structured, corporate environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Previous experience managing trade shows or events is a plus but not required.
- Willingness to travel up to 15% of the time for trade shows.
- Proficient in MS Office products, especially Excel and Outlook.
