Your Role:

Reporting to the Director of Distribution, the Sales Operations Coordinator will be responsible for supporting our sales crew with materials, administrative duties, and organization. The Sales Coordinator will be a key contributor to the sales organization, and will be charged with coordinating trade shows, developing/managing sales materials, and communicating cross-functionally to accomplish these projects effectively and efficiently. The ideal person for this role has an eye for the details, extremely organized, can multitask multiple projects, and is an excellent communicator.

What You'll Do:

Trade Show & Events Management (~40%)

  • Own organization and planning for all trade shows and other sales events including schedules, accommodations, activities, food and beverage orders, etc.
  • Maintain a database of dates and budgets for all trade shows and sales events
  • Manage crew communications and lead our crew at trade shows.
  • Prepare all trade show materials including packaging, mailing, and set-up
  • Collaborate with marketing team to ensure trade show goals align with brand objectives
  • Attend trade shows and events as necessary
  • Manage post trade show communication follow-ups
  • Plan and coordinate Sales National Meetings and quarterly Leadership meetings

Administrative Support (~60%)

  • Create annual SG&A budget and maintain reconciliation of the full Sales team budget
  • Maintain product and image databases
  • Develop printed materials & swag giveaways in collaboration with the marketing department
  • Ensuring sales team & brokers have samples, coupons, materials, and swag needed for sales, innovation launches, and shows
  • Support shopper marketing through coupon creation
  • Maintain customer price lists
  • Assist with setting up new customers.
  • Support the Sales Team with various tasks.
  • Assist with various KPI shipment reports

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Passion for ethical and nutritious food and purpose-driven brands
  • 0-2 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator, Event Management or in other Administrative Positions
  • BS/BA in business administration or relevant field preferred
  • MS Office skills with Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, basic Excel
  • Product Database experience preferred – 1WorldSync, IX-One, Syndigo, Nielsen Brandbank
  • Ability to travel 20+% of the time including some weekends
  • Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
  • Excellent communicator with a knack for disseminating details
  • A team player with high level of dedication and ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment
