Row House Frisco, a leading boutique rowing concept known for its high-cardio, full-body workouts, is seeking a dynamic Part-Time Studio Operations and Sales Coordinator to join our team. Responsibilities and Duties

• Oversee daily Studio Operations to ensure a seamless experience for members and staff.
• Manage and follow up on leads and Sales inquiries to drive membership growth.
• Coordinate member retention efforts.
• Implement sales strategies and meet monthly sales targets.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming, and well-organized studio environment.
• Foster a supportive community in line with Row House's mission of inclusivity and empowerment.
• Collaborate with the team to host events and workshops that enhance member engagement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a similar role, preferably in the fitness industry.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for fitness and creating a positive, inclusive community.
• Flexibility to work part-time hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
