What are we looking for? Someone who can:
- Enter customer orders into our industry specific Windows based software
- Research products and pricing for presentations to customers
- Communicate with Operations and Sales to ensure production deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained throughout the process of the order
- Mail sales resources to outside sales representatives
- Process paperwork for Accounting to issue credits on customer invoices
- Set-up and maintain custom on-line ordering portals for customers
- Create a warm and welcoming environment for customers visiting our office
- Serve as back-up for the receptionist, as needed
What should you have?
- Exceptional customer service & communication skills
- Ability to follow directions and pay close attention to detail
- Energetic attitude to work in a busy, fast-paced environment
- 1-year minimum of customer service experience or related field
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Comprehensive computer skills
- Passion for helping others
- Ability to report to the assigned work area on time and present for the scheduled hours
