Manhattan Venture Partners (MVP) is seeking a full time Sales / Operations Assistant. MVP is a NYC-based investment manager, investing in late-stage, pre-IPO companies.
Job Summary:
This individual will be responsible for providing full scope support to a team of financial professionals.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Member of the Operations Team serving as a primary point of contact with the firm’s US and international investor base, comprising family offices, institutions and high net worth individuals
- Assisting clients in completing subscription agreements and in providing relevant background documents
- Responding to client requests
- Interacting with the compliance department and fund administrator to ensure all requirements have been completed
- Tracking investor funds
- Handling inbound/outbound client calls
- Arrange meetings and phone calls
- Maintain detailed client records across multiple platforms
Requirements:
- College degree a plus
- Minimum of 3 years relevant experience
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
- Experience with a broker-dealer, investment manager or other financial services firm
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Superb customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced team environment
- Detail-oriented
- Expertise with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office applications
- Experience with Asana
- Experience with DocSend
- Series 7/63 licenses
Total Compensation: Salary range of $60,000 - $85,000 (commensurate with experience) plus bonus. Total compensation with bonus approximately $100,000 or higher.
