The Customer Service Coordinator supports the National Sales Team by managing customer inquiries, processing orders, and providing detailed information regarding the company’s services. This role combines sales support with outstanding customer service to provide a seamless bridge between our National Sales Team and our customers.
Job Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person providing prompt, knowledgeable and courteous responses.
- Resolve any issues or complaints to maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
- Assist Sales Team in managing customer accounts and processing invoices.
- Perform administrative tasks such as managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and maintaining sales data.
- Track and report on sales targets, customer feedback, and market trends.
- Gather customer feedback on services and share insights with Account Managers to help improve customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s services to effectively communicate benefits and features to customers.
- Participate in trade shows, workshops, and other promotional activities.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer issues with empathy and efficiency.
- Proven experience in customer service, sales support, or a related role within the environmental or related industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relations
