Job Description
The Office Assistant will provide administrative and leasing support for the Crossville, TN multifamily portfolio.
Duties/responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day administrative and leasing support for property management operations.
- Enter updates into the property management system.
- Provide assistance managing leases for potential and existing tenants.
- Field general questions from tenants and customers and follow up with resolution.
- Accept and process rent payments.
- Assist with collection and delinquency process.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional, team player who can work with all levels of the organization, including ownership.
- Impeccable follow through, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
- Strong time management skills with proven ability to meet deadlines and work independently.
- Flexibility to perform various tasks with objectives that may frequently shift.
- Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office Suite with the ability to learn new or updated software.
- Administrative experience working in property management, real estate, construction, or related industries is preferred.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
- Must be able to walk all areas of property and climb multiple flights of stairs in all types of weather.
