Position: Sales Development Representative (SDR)

As a SDR, you will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating new business opportunities, scheduling meetings, and working closely with both individuals and a team to ensure that our company’s sales goals are consistently met.
To be successful in this role, you will need to be willing to conduct business in an in-office setting with little or no “work-from-home” opportunity, perform repetitive tasks and put forth a 100% effort to meet minimum performance standards. Primary Responsibilities
· Determine and connect with decision-makers at target prospects
· Set appointments and follow up on leads
· Track progress towards meeting goals
· Collaborate with your assigned VP of Sales to develop strategies for reaching sales targets
· Use customer relationship management (CRM) software to manage sales activities
· Stay up-to-date on market trends, competition, and industry developments
Minimum Qualifications
· Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Ability to build relationships with potential clients
· Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
· Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
· Time management and organizational skills
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
· 1-3 years of experience in cold calling / lead generation
· Proficiency with HubSpot or other similar CRM software
· Prior experience as a Sales Development Representative with a track record of achieving goals
Compensation
· Base Salary: $50,000
· KPI Achievement Incentive Pay (w/overperformance multipliers)
· Deal Close Bonus (w/overperformance multipliers)
· Minimum At-Plan Range, Including Incentives for Standard Achievement: $70,000
