Job Summary:
As a Sales and Member Enrollment Specialist for Uniper Care services you will play a critical role in connecting with potential members, understanding their unique needs, and presenting our services to improve their well-being. You will be an essential part of our team, responsible for promoting our Uniper Care services and driving sales through phone-based interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Qualifying Prospective Members:
- Articulate the value of Uniper Care services and how they can improve the member's quality of life.
- Ensure that the Uniper Care service will be the right fit for the member.
- Member Engagement
- Conduct outbound calls to potential members and respond to incoming inquiries and convert them to Uniper care members after qualification.
- Establish rapport and build trust with members by listening to their needs and concerns.
- Provide information about Uniper Care services and how they can benefit the member.
- Product Knowledge:
- Develop a deep understanding of Uniper Care services, including features, benefits, and pricing.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to effectively position our services.
- Needs Assessment:
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify each member's specific care requirements.
- Customize service packages based on individual member needs and preferences.
- Closing Deals:
- Work to close prospective members, overcoming objections and addressing member concerns.
- Assist members with the enrollment process and ensure a smooth transition to our services.
- Record Keeping:
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of member interactions, inquiries, and sales activities.
- Use CRM software to track and manage leads and opportunities.
- Compliance and Ethics:
- Adhere to all legal and ethical standards, including data privacy and confidentiality.
- Ensure compliance with all industry regulations and company policies.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in phone sales or a related field is preferred.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Empathy and the ability to connect with diverse member profiles.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes is advantageous.

- Weekly Hours: 20 hours per week.

- Base: $20/hr

- New Member Activation: $5/per activated member
- Member Renewal: $15/per activated member for the 1st month renewal
