Job Description

Share Rite Health Sharing is seeking a Member Services & Enrollment educator to join our team. This position is work from home, 50% Enrollment Educator and 50% Member service & support.

Salary range: $21.00 plus discretionary bonuses

Member Services-Enrollment Responsibilities:

Provides exceptional member service on a wide variety of member topics and issues, including post-healthcare billing questions. Effectively communicates the membership value to prospective members, helping paint the picture of the value of the membership.

• Consistently demonstrates effective communication of the membership value proposition.
• Effectively demonstrates excellent service & support skills.
• Performs all aspects of an Enrollment Specialist tasks, including but not limited to providing prospects with education on the membership, logging calls, and providing follow-up information.
• Performs all the daily responsibilities of Member service & support, helping members navigate their member portal, make payments, make changes to their membership, and explain provider acceptance and billing.
• Other job responsibilities and tasks as requested.

Member Services-Enrollment Requirements:

• Must be able to travel to work events 2-4 times a year.
• Six months prior experience in customer service and sales experience
• A great team player with the ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment.
• Incredibly engaging, positive individual
• Ability to lift 15 lbs.

Education:

High School Diploma or bachelor’s degree

Schedule:

Work from home. 9:30-6:00 PM ET.
