Field-Based Member Enrollment Representative - Contract

Required:

• High School/GED
• Valid Regular Driver License (DL) license/certification
• Sales (2+ years)
• Must be OK with the heavy travel schedule and amount of road time described in this job posting.

Preferred:

• 2+ years' experience in any of the following:
• Healthcare
• Community Outreach
• Enrollment Campaigns
• Engagement

The Field Based Member Enrollment Representative is responsible for engaging with hard-to-reach, high-acuity patients and helping them access our organization's medical professionals.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Engage in initial and continuous outreach to high-risk patients in person to help educate them about Our program and/or ensure they are accessing the program's benefits.
• Communicate the benefits of the program to eligible members and overcome objections.
• Extensive daily driving required - most of the day is spent visiting community members in their homes and connecting them with care providers.
• Provide warm handoffs to the assigned clinicians and customer support when a member is agreeable to the program and ensure the initial enrollment appointment is scheduled and completed.

Position Requirements:

• This position is located throughout New Jersey.
• Heavy Travel – This role is on the road every day.
• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle is required.
• 2+ years' experience working in healthcare, sales, outreach, engagement, and/or enrollment campaigns.
• Experience meeting or exceeding weekly quota goals.
