Job Description
A leading software development company is seeking a highly dynamic and motivated Finance Analyst to support their Sales Finance function and to forecast, report, and manage company expenses.
A successful candidate in this role will provide true business partnership and advice to the team to help meet their targets by analyzing risk and opportunities and providing clear communication and advice to the team. In addition, the analyst will support ad hoc analysis to the sales team and work with the head of finance to support and drive special projects and efficiencies by automating manual tasks.
Typical responsibilities will include:
- Forecasting sales and expenses
- Setting sales quotas
- Calculating commissions
- Evaluating promotions and sales exceptions
- Partnering with the team to manage budget and expense approvals
Qualifications:
- Strong Excel, SalesForce, SAP, Tableau, Keynote/ or PowerPoint, presentation and communications skills
- Bachelors degree in accounting, finance or related area
- 5 to 7 years of related Sales Finance experience
