Job Overview: As a Financial Advisor you will be responsible for helping clients navigate their financial journey by providing expert advice and comprehensive financial planning services. This role involves developing your own financial planning practice by building and maintaining client relationships, analyzing financial situations, and developing customized strategies to help clients achieve their financial goals.
**In-depth Sales & Industry Training, Mentorship, and Licensing is provided to new advisors by Northwestern Mutual.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Business Development: Proactively identify opportunities to expand your client base and increase assets under management, including the development of personal networking and outreach strategies.
- Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analyses to assess clients' current financial situations. Evaluate investment portfolios and recommend adjustments based on clients' objectives.
- Financial Planning: Develop comprehensive financial plans tailored to meet clients' specific needs and goals. Provide guidance on retirement planning, investment strategies, estate planning, and risk management.
- Strategic Advising: Educate clients on various financial products, investment options, and wealth-building strategies.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients. Understand clients' financial goals, risk tolerance, and unique circumstances.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with a team of financial professionals to leverage expertise and resources.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience and success in high volume sales environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships.
- Basic knowledge of & desire to learn more about financial markets, investment products, and financial planning strategies.
Compensation:

Pay: $85,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
