As a Sales Executive, you will play the highly strategic role of new client acquisition. You will collaborate with leadership, marketing, delivery, and clients to build a pipeline and drive the sales cycle. What You'll Do:- Build new business within the Distribution sector through prospecting, events, partnerships, networking, marketing, and other lead-generation activities.
- Highly skilled at finding, opening, and growing new accounts to create value for both the potential client and Dialexa.
- Be a hunter and a driver - someone who has a broad network within the Distribution sector, knows how to source leads, and loves to prospect.
- Develop a pipeline and create your own book of business, attract new clients, gain referrals, and form strong relationships that open doors and close deals.
- Build and maintain access to key business decision-makers and generate C-level contacts.
- Use Salesforce as the source of truth; understand and apply our rules of engagement.
- 7+ years of previous custom software sales experience and exceeding quota.
- Deep understanding of the Distribution market segment, industry trends, challenges, and opportunities to craft and deliver compelling value propositions
- Expert solution seller who partners with clients to solve complex business and technology challenges.
- Strong background in solution selling - Digital Engineering and Design with ability to lead one large or multiple small programs
- Agility to respond to new situations by modifying your performance and adopting new skills and abilities.
- Able to partner with clients to understand their organizational needs and recommend solutions that add value to their business
- Won and led multi-million deals independently, passionate about value selling and high-value models of selling.
- Able to achieve trusted advisor status with clients and prospects.
- Strong communication skills, including presenting on general and industry-specific topics across E-commerce, Media, Travel.
- Experience in relationship building, client advancement, advanced closure, and in driving sales in a solutions-selling environment at the C-level.
