Job Overview: Provide professional technical knowledge, training, and support to the sales team members and customers with emphasis on revenue growth of complex technical products or services related to IT Managed Services, VoIP, Cyber Security, and Physical Security.
Responsibilities/Job Functions:
- Technical Expertise:
- Deep understanding of VTG’s products or services, including their technical features and functionalities.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors' offerings, and emerging technologies.
- Sales Support:
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and propose technical solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to highlight the value of the company's products or services.
- Support Customer Success Managers with client presentations and needs analysis.
- Active involvement in Quality Business Review (QBR) preparation
- Client Interaction:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing technical guidance and overcoming objections.
- Act as a bridge between the customer and the technical teams within the company.
- Solution Design:
- Work with clients to understand their requirements and support the Design Desk in providing solutions that meet their technical and business needs.
- Create and present proposals, outlining how the company's offerings fulfill client requirements.
- Technical Support:
- Provide technical support during the sales process, answering inquiries and addressing technical challenges.
- Collaborate with internal technical teams to ensure client needs are met.
- Work with internal technical team to ensure client documentation is captured.
- Training and Education:
- Conduct training sessions for the sales team on technical aspects of products or services.
- Educate customers on the implementation and use of the company's solutions.
- Market Analysis:
- Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive products to provide insights to the sales and product development and application development teams.
- Offer feedback on product improvements and new feature development.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Degree Requirement: Bachelor’s degree in relevant technical field such as Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline…or…equivalent industry certifications / experience.
- Years of Experience: Minimum 3 years
- System Knowledge: Network Design, Cloud Services, Network Infrastructure, Cyber Security, VoIP, and Physical Security.
