In this role, youll get to:
Coordinate scheduling and execution of logistics for virtual Sales Bootcamp (our Go-to-Market onboarding program)
Work with the greater Onboarding team and Platform and Analytics team to onboard, set up, and launch new support tool
Partner closely with the Manager of Enablement Operations and the greater enablement team to ensure training initiatives are being delivered on time and with a high measure of quality
Collaborate with our technical partners to track and report on engagement
Assist with procurement purchase requests for the enablement operations team
Automate and streamline manual processes to help us scale
Track completion of cross-functional projects within Sales
What youll need:
Project management experience
Have a proven track record of establishing strong cross-functional relationships
Strong written and verbal skills
Experience with G Suite
Basic Excel/ Google Sheet skills, including the ability to use vlookups
Desire to work in a highly dynamic environment
Collaboration and experience with supporting a sales organization
Experience with various tools such as Seismic, Lessonly, Client, Zoom, Workday, and Udemy Business is a plus
BA/BS required
