The Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and high-energy Senior Account Executive (SAE) to join our team. The primary function of this role is to accelerate the growth of Sales and Marketing within key accounts, primarily Lowe’s, Lowe’s PRO and Menard’s . Primary duties include collaborating with senior team members to set sales goals and company strategy and implementing a sales plan to drive revenue growth, while becoming an asset to our customer accounts as they develop their overall strategy. The successful candidate will be seasoned in the private label sector, energetic, persuasive, well organized and able to demonstrate the ability to sell. The (SAE) will define and execute appropriate sales strategies; business development, marketing, technical, ad operations and sales support programs to maximize sales and profitability for total omni channel.
Responsibilities:
- Develop a clear sales growth vision and strategy that is focused, disciplined, and aligned with the company goals.
- Create strong relationships with key account stakeholders at both senior and buyer levels.
- Understand the competitive landscape and market trends within the bath and home categories.
- Stay abreast ofindustry trends, partners, and competitors; develop proactive strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Understand and effectively communicate the company's value prop, innovation, process, and current partnerships.
- Pioneer and create new opportunities across all channels, identifying space and marketing opportunities to generate sales.
- Set annual sales and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies, analyzing trends and results for total omni channel.
- Establish sales objectives by assisting in forecasting and developing annual sales goals.
- Desire to own projects and exceed expectations,with ability to find solutions and deliver results within a rapidly changing, entrepreneurial, technology-driven culture.
- Ability to identify and solve issues strategically.

- Conduct all sales activities with the highest degree of professionalism and integrity.
Requirements:
- 5-7 years’ experiencein sales executive role and must have recent working experience with Lowe’s and Menards.
- Proficiencyusing MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel & Outlook).
- Ability to drive innovative channel and category development in an omni-channel environment.
- Proven ability to drive and expand private label business.
- Experienced in developing ecommerce sales strategies to meet revenue and growth targets.
- Skilledin preparing reports. Must be proficient at analyzing data, building reports, and making strategic recommendations based on data and trends.
- Adept at managing multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines.
- Proven success working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Strong sense of urgency while paying close attention to detail.
- Excellent oral, written communication and presentation skills.

Educational Requirement:
- A bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
- 10 years of sales experience may be considered in lieu of bachelor’s degree.
