Who We're Looking For:

We seek a proactive Sales Development Representative (SDR) focused on outbound activities. The role primarily involves cold calling and engaging with our pre-warmed key targets, such as police departments and sheriff's offices. We welcome both seasoned SDRs and individuals transitioning from customer service roles. Daily responsibilities encompass initiating and nurturing relationships with police departments, identifying key contacts, and scheduling qualified meetings for our sales team. The goal is to secure a minimum of 8 qualified meetings held monthly. Proficiency in utilizing HubSpot and email for outreach is essential.

This is a full-time, in-person position, based at our Greenville office, reporting to our Sales Ops Manager. The role offers a competitive salary package, target based sales commission and inclusive of full benefits.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to Police Departments and Sheriff's offices to schedule meetings for the sales team.
  • Employ strategic sequencing, language and follow-up to engage with key decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads.
  • Utilize HubSpot and Kixie (or other relevant sales systems) for effective outreach, communication, and lead management.
  • Manage communication channels, including email, phone, and fax, as needed for comprehensive outreach and engagement strategies.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in outbound sales or customer service with a desire to transition into a sales role.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet or exceed weekly booking goals.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools like HubSpot and email for outreach.
  • Passionate about contributing to societal impact through innovative technology.
