As we continue to expand our reach and impact, we are seeking a dynamic Sales Development Representative to join our team.

Position Overview:

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our business by identifying and qualifying potential leads, initiating meaningful conversations with prospects, and ultimately setting appointments for our sales team. You will be responsible for building relationships with dental professionals and potential patients, educating them about the benefits of our products and services, and generating excitement about our solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prospect and qualify leads through research, cold calling, email outreach, and other lead generation activities.

  4. Collaborate closely with the sales team to strategize and prioritize target accounts and opportunities.
  5. Schedule high-quality appointments for the sales team with qualified leads, ensuring smooth handoffs and seamless communication.
  6. Utilize CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) to track prospect interactions, update lead information, and report on sales activities and outcomes.
  7. Stay current on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and optimize sales strategies.
  8. Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities to continuously enhance sales skills and product knowledge.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in a sales or business development role, preferably in the healthcare or medical device industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and build rapport with diverse audiences.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric mindset, with the ability to understand and address customer needs effectively.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) is a plus.
  • Passion for learning and a growth mindset, with a willingness to adapt to changing priorities and embrace new challenges.
  • Enthusiasm for orthodontics and a genuine interest in helping people achieve beautiful, healthy smiles.

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary and commission structure
  • Comprehensive health benefits package
  • Flexible work schedule and remote work options
  • Opportunities for career advancement and professional growth
  • Collaborative and supportive work environment
  • Access to cutting-edge technology and resources

Join us and be part of a dynamic team that is revolutionizing the orthodontic industry and making a positive impact on people's lives every day. Apply now to help us shape the future of smiles!
