Worth Higgins & Associates are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Development Assistant to support our sales team. The primary responsibility of this role is to initiate the sales process by qualifying potential customers. The Sales Development Assistant will utilize various prospecting techniques, including cold calling, email outreach, social media engagement, and networking to identify and connect with potential clients.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and identify potential clients through proactive outreach efforts.
- Engage in outbound calling and emailing campaigns to initiate conversations with prospects.
- Collaborate closely with the VP of sales to develop effective lead generation strategies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions with prospects.
- Provide regular feedback to the sales on the quality of leads generated.
- Continuously stay informed about industry trends, market changes, and competitors' activities.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
