Essen ial Func ions
- Provides in-person and remo e career advising o a diverse popula ion of s uden s enrolled in Isenberg's mas ers-level gradua e programs, preparing hem o secure employmen wi hin compe i ive marke s.
- Provides raining on opics such as resumes and cover le ers, career explora ion, indus ry research, ne working and LinkedIn engagemen , job and in ernship searches, in erviewing, business correspondence and e ique e, and offer evalua ion and nego ia ion.
- Crea es, main ains and dissemina es digi al ma erials and resources o suppor bo h in-person and remo e s uden engagemen .
- Assis s leadership in developing a s ra egic plan for engaging and suppor ing MBA s uden s, bo h in-person and online.
- Advises s uden s on developing, refining, and implemen ing an appropria e and realis ic job search s ra egy for differen indus ry segmen s.
- Develops and delivers effec ive advising programs and learning ools for focused career searches and deploys hese programs in one-on-one and workshop se ings.
- S ays up- o-da e on indus ry or hiring rends, as well as available oppor uni ies ha migh in eres s uden s.
- Engages wi h s uden s via classes, workshops, and clubs.
- Provides raining o gradua e and undergradua e s aff and facul y on emerging echnologies which enhance service delivery (ie Big In erview, Salesforce, Handshake and SSC Naviga e). Crea es raining ma erials o suppor sys em learning.

Minimum Qualifica ions (Knowledge, Skills, Abili ies, Educa ion, Experience, Cer ifica ions, Licensure)
- Bachelor's degree.
- hree (3) years of experience in career services or in a business discipline (e.g. accoun ing, opera ions, marke ing, finance, human resources or general managemen ).
- Experienced and efficien problem solver; able o proac ively address issues o facili a e imely resolu ion.
- S rong organiza ional skills, including he abili y o independen ly priori ize work and handle mul iple asks. Abili y o main ain accura e and de ailed records.
- Superior in erpersonal communica ion skills; proven success wi h developing posi ive working rela ionships wi h s uden s, represen a ives of business and governmen , facul y, alumni, and senior corpora e execu ives, including evidence of a clear unders anding of, and a commi men o cul ural, social, economic, and e hnic diversi y.
- Proficien in he use of Google Sui e & Apps; Microsof Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoin , Ou look, & eams; Salesforce CRM; Zoom Conferencing; Slack; LinkedIn; and o her depar men al social media.

- Previous experience in higher educa ion services.
- Experience working wi h mas ers-level s uden popula ions, bo h in-person and online.
- Prac ical experience, or knowledge gained hrough educa ion, of he indus ries in which gradua e s uden s are looking for employmen , including bu no limi ed o pharmacology, agricul ure, ma hema ics, compu er science, and engineering.
- echnical proficiency in various career-rela ed ools/ echnologies including Handshake, iConnec , Big In erview, Blackboard Learn, Moodle, and SPIRE.

Work Schedule
- Monday - Friday, 8:30-5:00.
- Required o work occasional weekends and evening hours.
